Scope and pricing
We price from condition reports, drawings and photos. For challenging or complex projects, we carry out remote site inspections.
Fixed price
You receive a written scope and a firm price before work begins. No provisional sums, and no variations for site conditions visible in the documentation we price from.
Logistics
We handle everything: materials, job planning, freight and the work itself. Nothing is left with you to arrange.
Handover
Warranties, quality assurance documentation and a post-work handover inspection carried out with you.
Territory suppliers first
Materials, freight and plant hire are sourced from Northern Territory businesses wherever they can supply, so the money spent on a remote job stays in the Territory.
